A woman missing from the Narrabri area has been located safe and well after police issued a geotargeting text message appealing for public assistance.
The 44-year-old woman was last seen at a home on Ningadhun Circuit, Narrabri, about 12.20am this morning (Saturday 16 April 2022).
Unable to be located, officers attached to Oxley Police District were notified and have commenced inquiries to locate her.
Following inquiries – including the issue of a geotargeting text message – she was located safe in Narrabri just before 3pm today.
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
