Mobility scooter stolen from Brighton East

Police are appealing for public assistance after a 95-year-old man's electric mobility scooter was stolen in Brighton East earlier this month.

It is understood offenders entered an underground carpark at an aged-care home on Hawthorn Road between 3pm on 13 May and 10am on 14 May.

Police were told he took the electric mobility scooter, then fled the scene on it.

Investigators have released CCTV footage and images they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
