The Allan Labor Government is bringing back Victoria's Pride Street Party for another year - taking over Fitzroy and Collingwood this February with a lineup headlined by neo-soul artist Mo'Ju.
Minister for Equality Vicki Ward today announced Mo'Ju will lead the annual celebration of Victoria's LGBTIQA+ communities - a free, one-day event featuring music, comedy, circus, drag and art installations that transforms Melbourne's inner north into a vibrant festival of pride.
Mo'Ju is a First Nations Wiradyuri and Filipinx artist whose work reflects themes of identity, belonging and community.
Joining Mo'Ju are Thandi Phoenix, returning from the UK for the event, alongside Umbra Moon, Kevin Silvester and Armana Khan.
Victoria's Pride Street Party is the finale of months of regional pride events delivered in partnership with Midsumma, Australia's leading LGBTIQA+ arts and cultural organisation - made possible by the Labor Government's focus on building a fairer Victoria, where everyone is free to live wholly and freely.
Pride Street Party is one of Australia's biggest celebrations of equality, bringing thousands together to enjoy the strength, diversity and creativity of Victoria's LGBTIQA+ communities.

Victoria's Pride Street Party takes over Gertrude and Smith Street on Sunday, 8 February.
