Mirrabooka Detectives are investigating an assault and stealing incident that occurred around 1.30pm on Tuesday 8 March 2022, at a shopping centre on Walter Road West in Morley.
A female staff member followed a woman into the undercover parking area in an effort to see a sales receipt for an item the woman had under her arm. The woman assaulted the staff member in the carpark. When the victim was on the ground, the woman ripped her necklace from her throat.
The 21-year-old victim, received a broken nose and numerous contusions and bruises to her face and body.
