Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 27-year old man with Murder in relation to the death of a 63-year-old woman in St. James on Monday, 10 August 2020.
It is alleged about 2.25am, police were called to a home on Palmerston Street where they located the woman with critical injuries. She was conveyed by ambulance to hospital but later died as a result of the injuries she sustained.
The 27-year-old man from St. James is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 12 August 2020.
