Bayside Council has been exploring potential locations for new fenced and unfenced dog off-leash areas.
Mutch Park has been selected for a trial dog off-leash area, providing local dog owners with another outdoor space to enjoy with their pets.
Visitors are encouraged to follow the signage installed throughout the park, which identifies both the former and current off-leash areas, and to ensure dogs are only exercised off-leash within the designated area.
Residents will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the trial when community consultation opens later this year.
