Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Navin Kapur.
A warrant has been issued for the 47-year-old's arrest in relation to assault related offences.
Kapur is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance with black hair, brown eyes and medium build.
Investigators have been unable to locate Kapur who has been wanted for more than two years.
Police have released an image of Kapur in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
