The Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment:
Deborah Gomes-Schultz will become High Commissioner in the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and Plenipotentiary Representative to the Caribbean Community. Ms. Gomes-Schultz will replace Sébastien Sigouin.
