Cricket Victoria has confirmed the election of Paul Sealey and Chris Bulford to the organisation’s Board at the AGM held on Monday evening.

Mr Sealey is a Co-Founder, Partner and Investment Advisor at Escala Partners - a successful financial services and wealth management firm. Prior to this he worked for UBS Wealth Management.
Mr Bulford is owner and Managing Director of Circ Consulting - a strategy and marketing consultancy. He previously held senior management and marketing roles with NAB and Mars Australia.
The meeting marked the conclusion of Dr David Maddocks' tenure as Chair and eight years as a Director and Peter Williams after five years as a Director.
"I congratulate Paul and Chris on their election and wish them every success in their time on the Board," Dr Maddocks said.
"I'd also like to thank Peter Williams for his service, support and advice over what have been productive and challenging years for Victorian cricket."
In departing the Board, Dr Maddocks said the organisation was well-positioned to lead the game in rebounding from the pandemic.
"Cricket Victoria has done well to navigate the complexities of the pandemic and ensure we continue to lead, support and partner with the Victorian cricket community," Dr Maddocks said.
"I depart the Board very confident in the future of the game in Victoria, of our organisation and grateful for the extraordinary support we've received from all our stakeholders."
Cricket Victoria CEO Nick Cummins thanked Dr Maddocks for his contribution to Cricket Victoria.
"I really enjoyed my working relationship with David and I'd like to thank him for his support and counsel in my first year as CEO. David has led the Board through two of the most challenging years in the organisation's history and has done so with credibility, respect and a strong sense of unity," Mr Cummins said.
The Board of Cricket Victoria expects to elect a new Chair in the coming weeks.
