Applications will open on Monday 27 April for the final round of AusNet's Energy Resilience Grants. There are two categories: Energy Resilience Grants, and Energy Education and Literacy Grants.
These grants provide funding for projects that strengthen local energy resilience and help communities prepare for, respond to and recover from prolonged outages, emergencies and severe weather events.
With communities across the Murrindindi Shire continuing to recover from the January bushfires, this funding can support essential improvements that build long term resilience.
Applications are open to community and not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises, and eligible small businesses or sole traders providing an essential service or operating as a resilience hub.
You can read the grant guidelines at Energy Resilience Community Fund and submit an application through the ERCF grants portal.
