New Transfer Bruins: Your Hard Work Earned UCLA Spot

UCLA

Today, transfer student applicants who were admitted for fall 2026 received the exciting news that they are now #UCLABOUND.

This year, UCLA once again received more applications than any four-year university in the nation, including approximately 31,000 from students seeking fall admission as transfers.

As home to top-flight academics, groundbreaking research, vibrant arts and culture, transformative public service, and a student body whose diversity and excellence reflect the best of California and the world, UCLA defines — in every way — what it means to be a great public institution. And it's a place where you will bring your future to life.

You got in! Now what?

For admitted transfer students, visit campus for Bruin Day on May 16, where you'll find out everything you need to know about life at UCLA, take campus tours, connect with current and future Bruins, and get your questions answered. And remember to sign your Statement of Intent to Register by June 1.
