As stated by Youth Minister Hannah Beazley:

"The WA Youth Awards have been recognising the outstanding achievements and passions of young people across WA since 1999.

"As the Minister for Youth, I have met thousands of inspiring young people who are dedicated to making our communities better places and advocating for their peers.

"The WA Youth Awards are a fantastic initiative to recognise and celebrate these young people, with a bursary available to support them to continue pursuing their passions.

"The 2025 WA Youth Awards is the highlight of the youth calendar and wouldn't be possible without the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this event to life each year."
