A 49-year-old male senior sergeant from the North Coast Region has been served with a notice to appear in court, charged with sexually assaulting a person whilst off-duty.
The officer is suspended from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on January 15, 2024, charged with one count of sexual assault.
