Police are searching for a man after a stabbing at Seven Hills, NSW Police say.
Just after 10pm (Friday 7 September 2018), emergency services were called to a home on Blacktown Road, after reports of a stabbing.
A 31-year-old man was found with multiple puncture wounds to his abdomen.
He has been taken to Westmead Hospital where he is undergoing surgery. He is believed to be in a serious condition.
A 29-year-old woman who witnessed the incident, and is pregnant, was taken to Blacktown Hospital as a precaution.
The male offender fled the scene and has not yet been located. The incident is believed to be domestic related.
A crime scene has been established which is being examined by forensic specialists.
Detectives from Blacktown Police District are conducting inquiries into the incident.
