A person has died following a crash in Takanini, Auckland tonight.
Police were advised at 9.10pm that a car had collided with a parked vehicle on Takanini School Road.
Sadly the driver of the car, the sole occupant, died at the scene.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way.
