The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) have opened today the call for applications to participate as trainees in a new edition of the CyberSecurity Summer BootCamp #CSBC2026, which will take place from July 13 to 23 in the city of León, Spain.
This specialized cybersecurity training program, now in its eleventh edition, aims to provide practical training on the most relevant topics and the latest techniques to combat cybercrime.
The CyberSecurity Summer BootCamp has established itself as a leading space for practical training and international cooperation, fostering the creation of collaborative networks among professionals from technical, operational, and legal fields. Over the past 10 years, the program has trained nearly 5,000 participants.
A specialized and multidisciplinary training program
The CyberSecurity Summer BootCamp 2026 will offer a total of 220 training hours, distributed across five specialized tracks, with a strong practical focus based on simulations, real-case analysis, and collaborative exercises.
The program is aimed at strategic profiles in the field of cybersecurity:
• Law Enforcement Agencies: training in cybercrime investigations, OSINT, digital forensics, cryptocurrencies, deepfakes, and critical infrastructure protection
• CSIRT/CERT teams: cyber crisis management, threat hunting, malware analysis, cloud security, and Red vs Blue Team exercises.
• Judges and prosecutors: training in cybercrime, electronic evidence, international judicial cooperation, and the protection of digital rights.
• Policymakers and regulators: development of strategies, international regulation, digital diplomacy, and institutional crisis management.
Success of the previous edition
In 2025, 507 professionals from 27 countries participated, including representatives from law enforcement agencies, incident response teams, the judicial system, and public policy decision-makers.
