Police have seized more than 300 cannabis plants from a home on the South Coast.
In May 2026, officers attached to South Coast Police District commenced investigation into the cultivation of prohibited plants in the region.
Following inquiries, about 11am yesterday (Tuesday 2 June 2026), police executed a search warrant at a home in Filter Road, West Nowra.
Police located a sophisticated indoor hydroponic set up, with six rooms containing 329 cannabis plants up to 1m, cannabis leaf and items used in the cultivation of prohibited drugs.
Officers declared a crime scene and the plants have been destroyed.
