The Pacific Highway is closed in both directions at Koorainghat, south of Taree, due to a truck crash.
The highway is closed near Godfrey Hill Road.
Motorists should avoid the area and divert northbound divert via Wallanbah Road, Avalon Road to The Bucketts Way.
The southbound diversion is via The Bucketts Way to Avalon Rpoad and Wallanbah Road.
Emergency services including a medical helicopter are on site.
Motorists should also allow extra travel time.
