It is believed the person pictured was in the Perth CBD, near the intersection of Pier and Edward Streets, between 1pm and 6pm on Friday, 18 July 2025. The person may have information to assist with the investigation into the sexual assault of a female teenager.
As part of this ongoing investigation, on 23 July 2025 detectives charged a 49-year-old man from Bennett Springs with:
• 4 x Sexual Penetration of a child of or over 13 and under 16.
• 1 x Attempted Sexual Penetration of a child of or over 13 and under 16.
• 4 x Indecent Dealings with a child over 13 and under 16.
He is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 2 December 2025.
