AusNet Services will be carrying out upgrade works in Seymour on Sunday 21 September to improve the reliability of the local electricity network.
The project will involve replacing more than one kilometre of powerline between Oak Street and Delatite Road, as well as the replacement of a power pole and five cross-arms.
To allow the works to be completed safely, there will be planned power outages and traffic detours in parts of Seymour.
These changes are necessary to give crews the space they need to complete the project in a single day and reduce the need for further disruption.
