Police appeal to locate man from state's south

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's south.

Jon Mustchin, aged 47, was last seen at a home on Powell Street, Howlong about 5pm yesterday (Sunday 4 June 2023) and has not been heard from since.

When he could not be located, officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Jon's welfare as he lives with a medical condition.

Jon is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 170cm-175cm tall, with a thin build, greyish-brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green shirt and grey track pants.

Anyone with information on Jon's whereabouts, or who may have seen him, is urged to call Albury Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
