Police appeal to locate man missing from Camperdown

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Theodore Aplin, aged 35, was last seen on Missenden Road, Camperdown, walking towards Parramatta Road about 9.45am yesterday (Saturday 18 December 2021), after leaving a nearby hospital

Officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified of his disappearance and have since been conducting inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Theodore's welfare and have since received information he attended the Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre about 11am today (Sunday 19 December 2021).

Theodore is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 185cm – 190cm tall, of thin build with long dark hair and beard.

He was last seen wearing a mustard-coloured t-shirt and dark pants.

Theodore is known to frequent the Croydon, Newtown and Inner West areas.

Anyone who sees Theodore or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
