Police appeal to locate man missing from Parramatta 26 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Parramatta.

Pillay Sanjaey, aged 27, was last seen at Minto Railway Station about 10am on Thursday 25 August 2022.

When he failed to contact family or friends and was not located at his residence in Parramatta, police attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified today (Friday 26 August 2022) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold serious concerns for Pillay's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Pillay is described as being of Indian/Sub-continental appearance, between 180cm and 188cm tall, of medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded jumper, yellow hat, and black backpack.

Anyone with information into Pillay's whereabouts is urged to contact Parramatta Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
