Police appeal to locate man missing from Campsie

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Campsie.

Vi Quyen Luu, aged 51, was last seen walking on Unara Street, Campsie, about 3pm yesterday (Tuesday 25 October 2022).

When he failed to return home and could not be contacted, concerned family members contacted officers from Campsie Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold concerns for Vi Quyen's welfare as he lives with a medical condition.

Vi Quyen is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short black hair.

He was last seen wearing grey tracksuit pants, a jacket and blue slides.

Vi Quyen has been known to frequent the Campsie, Sydney CBD, Wollongong, and Newcastle areas.

Anyone with information on Vi Quyen's whereabouts is urged to come forward and contact Campsie police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
