Police appeal to locate man missing from North Ryde

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man missing from Sydney's north-west.

Michael Hume, aged 58, was last seen at Macquarie Hospital on Wicks Road, North Ryde, about 11.30am on Wednesday 23 February 2022.

When he failed to return, officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command were notified and have been conducting inquiries into his whereabouts.

Michael has not been located and police are now seeking information from the public to assist.

Michael is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with thinning grey hair, and walks with a limp.

He was last seen wearing blue denim jeans and a beige jacket.

Michael is previously known to frequent the Northern Beaches area.
