Police appeal to locate man missing from St George area 28 May

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the St George area.

Michael Waghorn, aged 40, was last seen at a hospital on Gray Street, Kogarah, about 5pm on Friday 26 May 2023.

When he could not be located, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified about 3pm today (Sunday 28 May 2023) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Michael is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall with slim build, a shaved head, and short dark beard.

He was last seen wearing a high visibility jacket, black hoodie and grey tracksuit pants.

He is known to frequent the Hurstville CBD and Mortdale.
