Police appeal to locate missing elderly woman - Plumpton

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing in Sydney's west.

Beryl Spears, aged 85, was last seen walking on Jersey Road, Plumpton, about 8.15am today (Saturday 3 September 2022).

When she could not be located, her family reported her missing to officers from Mount Druitt Police Area Command, who have commenced an investigation.

Police and family hold concern for her welfare as she lives with dementia.

Beryl is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build with short white hair and wearing black glasses.

She was last seen wearing a dark jumper, black pants and black shoes.

Beryl is known to frequent the areas of Mt Druitt, Plumpton and Rooty Hill.
