Police appeal to locate missing Sydney man

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's CBD.

Stef Vandevelde, aged 29, was last seen walking on Elizabeth Street, in Sydney CBD, about 2.30pm on Tuesday (29 November 2022).

When he could not be contacted by family and friends, officers from Sydney City Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Stef's welfare.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 175cm-180cm tall, of medium build, with blond hair and beard.

Stef last seen wearing dark blue shorts and white Nike sneakers.

He is known to frequent the Sydney CBD, Ultimo and Bardwell Park areas.

Anyone with information into Stef's whereabouts is urged to contact Sydney City police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
