Police appeal to locate missing woman, kids at Lake Illawarra

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman and her two children missing from the Illawarra area.

Liberty Ruhl, aged 27, was last seen in Dapto around 4.30am on Friday 27 May 2022 before she was reported missing.

Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District immediately commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

She is believed to be in the company of her two children, six-year-old boy, Jahkai, and 12-month-old girl, Harmony.

Police hold concerns for the welfare of Liberty and her young children.

Liberty is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160cm to 170cm tall, of thin build, with long blonde/light brown hair.

Police believe Liberty may be driving a black Mazda CX-7 station wagon.

She is known to frequent the Nowra and Illawarra areas; however, has links to Western Australia and has intentions to travel there.
