Police appeal to locate teen missing from Glenwood

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing in Sydney's north-west.

Sophia Moriarty, aged 13, was last seen leaving her home on Summit Street, Glenwood about 1pm yesterday (Sunday 5 June 2022).

When she was unable to be contacted, officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Sophia's welfare due to her age.

Sophia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 158cm tall, of medium build, and with long brown hair, worn in a bun. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time.

Gabriel is believed to be using the public transport network and is known to frequent the Rouse Hill and Blacktown areas.
