Police appeal to locate woman missing from Ryde

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's inner west.

Eza Lau, aged 36, was last seen leaving a shopping centre on Blaxland Road, Ryde, in a black BMW bearing registration MM17C (NSW) about 4pm yesterday (Sunday 28 August 2022).

When she could not be located or contacted, police attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Eza's welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Eza is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build and black hair.

She was wearing a blue shirt with a name tag, beige jumper, grey pants, white sneakers and a black handbag.

She is known to frequent the Drummoyne area.

Anyone with information into Eza's whereabouts is urged to contact Burwood Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
