Northern Territory Police are investigating a fatal single vehicle crash in Bees Creek overnight.
At around 12:15am, police received a report that a Toyota Hilux carrying two males and a female had rolled on Lowther Road.
All three suffered serious injuries and were conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital.
A 24-year-old male later succumbed to his injuries.
Detective Senior Sergeant Corey Borton said, "Major Crash detectives have been on scene throughout the night investigating the circumstances around the crash.
"A report will be prepared for the Coroner."
