Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Patho this morning.
Emergency services were called to Torrumbarry Weir Road about 10.30am after reports a car had crashed into a tree.
The male driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.
Investigations into the exact cause of the crash are ongoing.
