Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash - Parmelia

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Parmelia on Thursday, 7 May 2026.

About 3.30pm, an orange bus and a black electric bicycle collided near the roundabout at the intersection of Tunnicliffe Street and Parmelia Avenue.

The 37-year-old male rider of the electric bicycle was conveyed to Rockingham Hospital for treatment, where he sadly later died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The occupants of the bus, including the 59-year-old female driver, were not injured.

Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for any witnesses to contact Crime Stoppers online via www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
