Police Are Responding To Serious Crash - Westminster

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a serious crash which occurred in Westminster on Monday 15 December 2025.

About 6:00pm, a white Mitsubishi panel van and a cyclist were involved in a collision on Wanneroo Road, near the intersection of Amberley Way.

The 60-year-old male cyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

The Mitsubishi panel van, driven by a 43-year-old man, failed to stop and render assistance and left the scene. A short time after the incident the driver returned to the scene and is assisting police with their inquiries.
