Police Are Responding To Serious Crash - Forrestania

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public's assistance for information following a serious crash that occurred in Forrestania east of Hyden, on Monday 29 December 2025.

Just before 8am, silver Toyota Prado was travelling east on the Hyden Norseman Road, when the vehicle left the carriageway and rolled.

A 32-year-old female passenger in the vehicle sustained critical injuries in the crash and was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment. The driver, a 55-year-old man was conveyed to Narrogin Hospital for medical treatment.

Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or the Silver Toyota Prado travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or call 1800 333 000.
