Police are responding to serious crash in Marradong

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Marradong (Boddington) on Thursday, 26 May 2022.

About 12.45pm, two Yamaha motorcycles travelling in a group of motorcycles, collided on Pinjarra-Williams Road near East Boundary Road.

One rider, a 48-year-old man received serious injuries and was airlifted by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.

The second rider, a 73-year-old man was conveyed by ambulance to Armadale Hospital before being transferred to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Major Crash investigators are appealing for anyone who saw the crash, or the motorcycles travelling in the area prior to the crash, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
