Police arrest man after Brooklyn death

Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a man following the death of a man in Brooklyn early this morning.

Police arrested a 45-year-old man in Seddon this afternoon.

He will now be interviewed by the Homicide Squad.

The arrest follows an incident where emergency services were called to a Primula Avenue address just after 3.30am following reports of a man located unresponsive inside the property.

A 60-year-old Brooklyn man was located deceased inside the house.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are still to be determined.

At this stage detectives believe all parties are known to each other.
