Bayside Sexual Offence and Child Abuse Team have arrested a man from Keilor in relation to sexual offences allegedly committed on young women between 2015 and 2018.
It's alleged the man assaulted a 21-year-old female at the St Kilda festival in February 2015, a 25-year-old female on a city tram in February 2017 and a 27-year-old female at the Brunswick Street Festival in March 2018.
The 39-year-old Keilor man has been charged with three counts of sexual assault.
He has been bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 3 September.
