Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man with murder following the suspicious death of a woman in Melbourne's CBD on Tuesday night.
The 22-year-old man has been charged with one count each of murder, robbery and theft.
The charges follow the discovery of a woman's body in a Latrobe Street apartment on 27 December about 8.40pm.
The 31-year-old Chinese national was located deceased by friends.
The Huntingdale man has been held over to appear before Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.
