Police charge man after investigation into St Albans sexual assaults

Detectives from the Brimbank Sexual Offences Child Abuse Investigation Team have charged a man in relation to historical sexual offending in St Albans.

The investigation relates to reported sexual assaults against two children at a St Albans residence between 1999 and 2019.

A 74-year-old St Albans man has been charged with 14 offences including sexual assault of a child under 16 and indecent act with a child under 16.

He will appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.
