Detectives have charged a 21-year-old man with the offences of:-
• Indecently Recording a Child under 13 years; and
• Possession of Child Exploitation Material.
He is due to appear in Court on 17 July 2020, when it will be alleged that he photographed a child without permission at a primary school. At the time of the alleged offence, he was on the grounds of the school as an external contractor.
The investigation remains active and at this time there is no indication the man has physically touched any children.
