Geraldton Detectives have charged a 36-year-old man as a result of their investigation into an allegation of sexual assault.
It is alleged in July 2020, the man sexually assaulted a teenage girl. At the time of the alleged incident the man was an employee of the Geraldton PCYC, although the alleged offences did not occur at the centre.
The 36-year-old man from Rangeway has been charged with:-
· Two counts of Aggravated Sexual Penetration without Consent.
He is due to appear before the Geraldton Magistrates Court on Thursday, 20 August 2020.
