Police concerned for twin babies missing from Grafton

Police are appealing for public assistance as concerns are held for the welfare of twin babies missing from Grafton.

The three-month old boy and girl – Lekaun and Lenikawa Hippi – were last seen with teenage family members in Victoria Street, Grafton, about midday on Monday (31 October 2022).

It's believed the babies are now travelling with the teens.

Concerns are held for their welfare and officers from the Coffs/Clarence Police District are conducting inquiries to locate them.

The twins are described as Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander appearance, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are urging any who has seen the twins, or the relatives they are believed to be with, to contact police.
