Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Gosnells

Officers from the Rapid Apprehension Squad have charged a 31-year-old man following an investigation into an aggravated robbery offence which occurred in Gosnells on Tuesday, 4 November 2025.

It will be alleged, about 3.30am, the man approached a woman reversing out of her driveway, entered her vehicle, and made threats while holding what appeared to be a firearm.

Police will allege the man indecently assaulted the woman before directing her to stop the vehicle. She then exited the vehicle, and the man drove away.

Police located the allegedly stolen vehicle in Bindoon, where it had crashed on the roadside.

About 5.30am, it will be alleged a second vehicle and other items were stolen during a burglary at a residence in Bindoon. That vehicle was soon located abandoned nearby.

Police will allege the man attempted to steal a third vehicle but was restrained by members of the public. A flick knife was located and seized.

A 31-year-old Brabham man was taken into police custody and charged with the following offences;

1x Armed Robbery

1x Deprivation of Liberty

1x Unlawful and indecent assault

1x Aggravated home burglary and commit

1x Trespass

1x Carried or possessed a prohibited weapon

1x Stealing

1x Attempted Steal Motor Vehicle

2x Steal Motor Vehicle

2x No authority to drive

He will appear before Armadale Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 5 November 2025.
