Police investigate armed robbery at Kew service station

Eastern Divisional Crime Team detectives are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at a Kew service station last Wednesday.

It is believed an unknown man entered the Willsmere Road service station about 10.15pm on 25 March.

The man confronted a staff member with a knife and made demands for cash.

The victim complied and the man took a quantity of cash before fleeing on foot.

Detectives have released images of a man who they believe will be able to assist with their enquiries.

He is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, aged in his 20s, with a medium build and facial hair.

He was wearing a blue Super Dry zip-up jacket, grey Bonds tracksuit pants and blue runners at the time.
