Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public information following a burglary at a newsagency at Victoria Market in March.
It's believed two males forced the front door of the business about 12.45am on 6 March
Once inside the store, the offenders stole a large quantity of cigarettes and lottery tickets worth approximately $15,000.00
The offenders placed the items into cardboard boxes and left in what appears to be a black coloured van.
The first male is perceived to be Caucasian with a fair complexion, average build and height, cleanshaven and has distinctive tattoos on his calf and knees.
He was wearing a dark grey baseball cap, fluorescent orange 'Air Force' hoodie, khaki-coloured shorts and grey-coloured sneakers.
The second male is perceived to be Caucasian/middle eastern with fair to olive complexion, 183cm tall with a solid build, beard and sideburns.
He was wearing a black coloured New York Yankees baseball cap, fluorescent yellow high-vis vest, black- coloured shorts and cross-trainers.
The vehicle is described as a black coloured LDV van with a large red stripe which covers the vehicle front to rear.
Investigators have released CCTV and images of a vehicle and the men they believe can assist with their enquiries.
