Police lay charges over property offences in Darwin 2 September

Northern Territory Police have charged two youths following an alleged property crime spree in Darwin yesterday morning.

A 15-year-old male has been charged with:

  • 1 x aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle
  • 2 x damage to property
  • 2 x unlawful entry - building
  • 2 x stealing.

A 13-year-old male has been charged with:

  • 1 x aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle
  • 2 x damage to property
  • 2 x unlawful entry - building
  • 2 x stealing
  • 1 x going armed in public
  • 1 x aggravated assault.

They will appear in court today.

Three males, aged 13, 13, and 14, will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act 2005.
