Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Kippa Ring 18 April

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred at Kippa Ring yesterday afternoon, April 17.

Initial investigations indicate around 2:45pm, a Suzuki GSX-S1000 motorbike was travelling along Elizabeth Avenue before colliding with a small bus at the intersection of George Street.

The rider of the motorbike, a 41-year-old Narangba man, died at the scene.

The driver of the small bus was not physically injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the circumstances of the crash and are appealing to anyone who may have any relevant information or dashcam vision to come forward.
