Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Colin.
The 58-year-old was last seen in David Street, Dandenong about 12.15pm on Monday 23 May.
Police and family have concerns for Colin as he suffers from a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Colin and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
